The Instructor
Hello. My name is Chris Brown. Welcome to Sentinel Defense.
I am first and foremost a believer in and follower of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. Without His blessing, I cannot hope to protect myself or anyone else.
Second to that, I am a family man. I have a wife and 2 sons. I love spending time with them. I love seeing their happy, smiling faces. I love attending our church with them and watching them grow in their relationship with God, as I grow in my relationship with Him as well. I love taking them out to eat, out to do things and have adventures, see friends and other family. I love my family and the time with them that God has given me.
Sentinel Defense was founded on a philosophy. In giving my family to me, God has also given me responsibilities. It is my responsibility to be the spiritual leader for our household. It is my responsibility to work hard, provide for them and make sure that they have what they need. It is my responsibility to teach them about God and His love for them. It is my responsibility to teach them how to return God's love to the world around us. It is my responsibility to protect them and keep them safe. It is my responsibility, to Stand Sentinel.
I have over 15 years experience with firearms and emergency first aid. I have had many opportunities of teaching family, friends and others over that time. I use an in depth, industry leading, proven course of study. I usually teach in small groups to allow each student to get a thorough understanding of the course and to provide individual attention where needed. I have taught men, women, and children about safe handeling of firearms, marksmanship, concealed carry, situational awareness, developing plans to prepare for the worst, emergency first aid and trauma care. I am a certified firearms instructor, and range safety officer, as well as a certified emergency first aid instructor.
I hope to be the best instructor, teacher, coach, guide, and mentor that I can be for each and every person who attends one of my classes.
